Please follow the instructions below to configure VPN connection on your Ubuntu computer. If you have any problems please contact our Support team.
In the top right corner click on the Network Manager applet icon, select “VPN Connections” -> “Configure VPN…”
Press “Add” button to create a new VPN connection.
Select Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol as a VPN connection type. Then press “Create…” button.
Enter VPN connection name. Then enter hostname, username and password in the respective fields. Press “Advanced…” button.
Make sure MSCHAPv2 is enabled and select “Use Point-to-Point Encryption (MPPE)”. Press “OK” button.
Press “Save” button to save the VPN connection parameters.
Make sure your new VPN connection appears in the list. Press “Close” button.
In the top right conner, click on the Network Manager applet icon and select the newly created item from the list of “VPN Connections”.
Make sure the connection has been established successfully.
